I believe therapy is a supportive partnership, one where I walk alongside you as we uncover solutions tailored to your unique journey. I strive to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel truly heard and can explore challenges without fear of judgment. Every step of our work together is guided by your individual goals, values, and preferences, ensuring the process respects and honors your needs.
Therapy is never one-size-fits-all, which is why I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, customizing each session to meet you where you are. With experience across diverse mental health settings, I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and identity concerns. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered, supported, and seen, so you can move toward meaningful change and the life you envision.

I specialize in therapy for children and teens. I work with young clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and the everyday challenges that come with growing up. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I focus on helping kids and teens better understand their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and gain confidence in themselves.
I believe that early support can make a lifelong difference. Whether your child is experiencing big emotions, struggling with school or friendships, or just needs someone to talk to, I’m here to help them feel heard, supported, and empowered.
